Delhi HC: Trial Court Barred from Reopening Limitation Once HC Condoned Delay - 14.10.2025

Delhi High Court dismissed Delhi Transco Limited’s appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration Act, upholding the arbitral award favoring M/s Hindustan Urban Infrastructure Ltd., and held that once delay under Section 34 is condoned by the High Court, the District Court cannot revisit limitation.
