Orissa HC: Res Judicata Principle Doesn’t Apply to Execution Proceedings under Order 21 CPC - 13.10.2025

Orissa High Court held that the principle of res judicata under Section 11 CPC does not apply to execution proceedings under Order XXI, as it is a self-contained and independent order, and thus execution proceedings are not barred by earlier adjudications.
