Delhi HC: Missing Videograph of Chance Recovery Does Not Invalidate Seizure under NDPS Act - 10.10.2025

Del. HC clarified that failure to videograph or produce CCTV footage of a chance recovery does not invalidate the seizure of alleged contraband. While the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 did not require video recording it became mandatory only after the BNSS, 2023 was introduced
