Delhi HC: Landlord’s Dealings in Other Properties Don’t Affect Right to Evict for Bonafide Need - 09.10.2025

Delhi High Court held that a landlord’s sale, purchase, or lease of other properties does not prevent them from seeking eviction of a tenant under Section 14(1)(e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, if the eviction is sought for bonafide personal use of the premises.
