SC Issues Notice to IndiGo on Customs & GST Plea Against IGST Exemption Ruling - 07.10.2025

Supreme Court has issued a notice to IndiGo’s parent company, InterGlobe Aviation, seeking a response to a petition by the Customs Department. The petition challenges the Delhi High Court’s ruling that exempted the airline from paying IGST on imported aircraft parts repaired and serviced abroad.
