CCI Rejects Abuse of Dominance Claim Against Google Over Play Store Ban - 07.10.2025

Competition Commission of India (CCI) dismissed Liberty Infospace Pvt. Ltd.'s complaint against Google, ruling that Google did not abuse its dominant position by terminating the company’s developer account on the Play Store, as the action was justified and did not violate competition laws.
