Bombay HC: Occupant Needs Permission to Assign Third-Party Rights in Premises - 06.10.2025

Bombay High Court ruled that a non-tenant occupant lacks rights to assign or create third-party interests without legal authority. It imposed ?25 lakh costs on Auto Credit Corporation and Rekha Prakash Jain for interfering with sealed premises and misusing court process.
