Gujarat HC Rejects Stay on Partial Demolition of 400-Year-Old Mosque for Road Widening - 03.10.2025

Gujarat High Court declined to intervene in an order that refused to stay the proposed partial demolition of a 400-year-old mosque. The demolition is planned to widen the road leading to Sabarmati railway station in Ahmedabad, allowing the infrastructure project to proceed as intended.
