Delhi HC Cancels “Croose” Trademark for Being Deceptively Similar to “Crocs” - 29.09.2025

Delhi High Court, granting relief to multinational footwear brand Crocs, ordered the cancellation of the trademark registration for 'CROOSE' in Class 25, covering footwear. The court ruled that the 'CROOSE' mark is deceptively similar to the US-based brand Crocs.
