Delhi HC: Private Schools Must Follow RPwD Act and Give Reasonable Accommodation to Disabled Students - 24.09.2025

Delhi High Court stated that private schools are obligated under Section 16 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, to take appropriate steps to address learning disabilities in children and ensure the provision of reasonable accommodation to support their education.
