Supreme Court: Sports Foster Fraternity and Sporting Facilities Should Not Be Limited To Urban Elite - 22.09.2025

In the judgment finalising the Constitution of the All-India Football Federation, the Supreme Court emphasised that sports foster fraternity and inclusiveness in society. Justices PS Narasimha and Joymalya Bagchi noted that sports unify people by encouraging teamwork beyond personal differences.
