J&K&L High Court: UAPA Provides Full Adjudication; NIA Act Cannot Bypass Its Remedies - 22.09.2025

J&K&L HC held that if a statutory forum exists under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, an appellant cannot bypass it by invoking the High Court’s appellate jurisdiction u/s 21 of National Investigation Agency Act. The UAPA’s mechanism must be followed for adjudication in such cases.
