Delhi HC: Any Legal Heir or Representative Can File Consumer Complaint on Deceased’s Behalf - 22.09.2025

Delhi High Court held that any legal heir or representative of a deceased consumer can file a consumer complaint on their behalf. Justice Manoj Jain noted that the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 makes no distinction between class-I or class-II heirs under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
