Bombay HC to MoD: Pay Up 2 Naval Hospital Passouts Who Were Denied Registration - 15.07.2016

Bombay HC has ordered Ministry of Defence (MoD) to pay Rs 10,000 each to two petitioners who had done MS Orthopaedics from Naval Hospital INHS Asvini a few years ago but could not start practice for over 5 years because the course was not recognised by Medical Council of India at that time.
