SC: Execution of Arbitral Award Cannot be Stalled Just Because Section 37 Appeal is Pending - 18.09.2025

Supreme Court held that execution of an arbitral award cannot be delayed merely because an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act is pending after rejecting the respondents’ argument that such pendency should defer execution sought by the award-holder.
