Karnataka HC: Person Joining Festivals of Another Religion Does Not Violate Rights - 17.09.2025

Karnataka High Court held that participation by a person of one religion in the festivals of another does not violate any constitutional rights. The Court made this observation while dismissing pleas challenging the State’s invitation to Banu Mushtaq as Chief Guest for the Dasara festival.
