SC Grants Interim Bail to Mahesh Raut on Medical Grounds in Bhima Koregaon Case - 16.09.2025

SC granted interim bail for six weeks to Mahesh Raut, accused in the Bhima Koregaon case, on medical grounds due to his Rheumatoid Arthritis. Despite opposition from the National Investigation Authority (NIA), the bench allowed bail considering his health, as he has been in custody since June 2018.
