Kerala High Court Acquits Ex-Minister Neelalohithadasan Nadar in 1999 Sexual Harassment Case - 16.09.2025

Kerala High Court acquitted Dr. A. Neelalohithadasan Nadar, former Forest Minister accused of outraging the modesty of a woman IFS officer. Justice Kauser Edappagath allowed his criminal revision petition, overturning earlier convictions by the Magistrate and Sessions Court.
