Jharkhand HC: Revision Must First Be Filed In Sessions Court; HC Can Be Moved Directly In Rare Cases - 16.09.2025

Jharkhand High Court clarified that though Section 397 CrPC allows both the Sessions Court and High Court to exercise revisional jurisdiction, litigants must first approach the Sessions Court, and the High Court should be approached first only in rare and exceptional circumstances.
