SC: Entire Delay from Limitation Start to Filing Date Must Be Explained Under Section 5 of Limitation - 15.09.2025

SC while clarifying Section 5 of the Limitation Act has observed that delay must be explained for the entire period from limitation start to filing date. For example, if a 90-day limit is missed and appeal filed on day 100 the cause for the full 100-day delay must be justified to condone the delay
