SC Defines Tests to Prove Murder When Death Occurs Days after Fatal Injury - 15.09.2025

SC rules that delay between injury and death don’t reduce murder charge if death is directly linked. The test is that whether death is a natural, probable, or necessary result of the injury. If death stems from injury complications, it qualifies as murder under Section 302 of IPC.
