Karnataka HC Issues Notice on PIL to Reinstate Parashurama Statue After ?5L Deposit - 09.09.2025

Karnataka HC issued notice to the state on a PIL seeking reconstruction of the 33-ft Lord Parashurama statue at Udupi’s theme park. Petitioner, Uday Shetty Muniyal urged the court to direct the government to reconsider his request for fresh tenders and reinstall the statue with a reputed sculptor.
