Madras HC Rejects Plea against AIADMK Leadership, Court can Consider Later Events to Dismiss Plaint - 08.09.2025

Madras HC, while dismissing a suit against AIADMK leadership, has held that “there is no embargo for the Court to take note of any material, including subsequent events to reject the plaint, especially when it is shown that the plaint does not survive for consideration”.
