MP HC Issues Notice to Centre on Plea to Exempt 'Fantasy Sports' from New Online Gaming Law - 04.09.2025

Madhya Pradesh HC issued a notice on a plea challenging the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025. The petition, filed by Clubboom 11 Sports & Entertainment, argued that the Act unjustly bans skill-based games like fantasy sports, violating Art 19(1)(g) of the COI.
