Calcutta HC Rejects PIL Requesting CBI Investigation in 15-Year Caste Certificate Fraud Allegations - 03.09.2025

Calcutta High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking cancellation of caste certificates and a CBI probe into alleged irregular grant of caste certificates over 15 years, stating that statutory remedies under the SC/ST Act have already been availed by the party.
