SC: TET Qualification Mandatory for Teachers in Minority Institutions - 02.09.2025

SC has stated that on applicability of Teachers' Eligibility Test to in-service teachers in minority institutions, those aspiring for appointment & those in-service teachers aspiring for appointment through promotion must qualify TET or else they would have no right for consideration.
