Delhi HC: For Section 34 IPC, Giving Actual Blow or Physical Presence is Not Necessary - 01.09.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that every person charged for an offence by invoking Section 34 IPC must participate in some form or other in the offence to make him liable. Giving the actual blow or even physical presence on the spot is not necessary.
