Allahabad HC: Can’t Call Hindu Marriage Invalid Only because it Isn’t Registered - 29.08.2025

Allahabad High Court has held that a Hindu marriage cannot be called invalid merely because it has not been registered. Court further added that Family Court cannot insist on the production of a marriage registration certificate in a mutual divorce petition.
