SC: Executive Instructions Cannot Override Statutory Recruitment Processes - 29.08.2025

SC while setting aside Government of Tripura’s decision to scrap ongoing recruitments and start a fresh process under the New Recruitment Policy, 2018, has held that executive instructions cannot override statutory recruitment processes and the rules governing them.
