SC Issues Notice in Plea to Bring Bar Councils under POSH Act - 29.08.2025

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Union of India and the Bar Council of India in a plea seeking extension of protection under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to women advocates practicing before courts.
