Delhi Court Acquits Six Men in Relation to the 2020 North-East Delhi Riots - 28.08.2025

A Delhi Court while acquitting six accused in case relating to the 2020 North-East Delhi Riots, has stated that there was “egregious padding of evidence” by the Investigating officer, resulting in “serious trampling” of rights of the accused persons.
