Bombay High Court while upholding CGIT Nagpur’s refusal to permit Hindustan Petroleum to present secondary evidence, has held that mere claims of missing documents, without a supporting affidavit, are insufficient to allow secondary evidence under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
