SC: No UAPA Offence for Attending Meetings of Unbanned Organisation - 26.08.2025

Supreme Court has held that if a person attends meeting with an organisation which is not banned as per the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA), such an act does not prima facie attract offence under the Act.
