SC: If High Court Doesn’t Deliver Judgment in 3 Months, Matter to be Placed before Chief Justice - 26.08.2025

SC has directed that if a High Court bench does not deliver judgment within three months of it being reserved, the Registrar General must place the matter before the Chief Justice, who shall ensure pronouncement or reassign to another bench.
