SC: SIT Inquiry Ordered into Vantara Wildlife Centre - 26.08.2025

SC has ordered the constitution of Special Investigation Team, headed by ex-SC Judge Justice J Chelameswar, to investigate Vantara (Greens Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre) on animal acquisition and compliance with Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.
