Supreme Court: NGT Has No Power to Direct ED Probe Under PMLA - 26.08.2025

Supreme Court has held that National Green Tribunal cannot direct Enforcement Directorate to investigate under PMLA as it has been constituted to ensure effective and expeditious consideration of cases relating to environmental protection and conservation of forests.
