SC: Consumer Forum Can Enforce Final Orders (2003–2020); Reads ‘Any Order’ in Section 25(1) - 25.08.2025

SC has held that consumer forum can enforce final orders like sale deed execution passed between 2003 to 2020 u/s 25(1) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The Court read “interim order” as “any order” to cure a legislative defect, aligning it with the 2019 Act.
