SC: Andhra Pradesh FROs Declared ‘State Forest Service’, Eligible for IFoS Promotion - 25.08.2025

SC has held that Andhra Pradesh Forest Range Officers are part of the State Forest Service and are eligible for IFS promotion once approved by Centre. It directed their inclusion in future recruitment but denied retrospective relief due to delay and seniority issues.
