Rajasthan HC: Additional Evidence Plea During Appeal to Be Heard at Final Hearing - 21.08.2025

Rajasthan High Court has held that application under Order 41 Rule 27 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for additional evidence must be heard during final hearing of appeal even if it was filed during the pendency of appeal.
