Delhi HC: Failure to Frame Counter Claim Despite Pleadings is Patently Illegal - 20.08.2025

Delhi High Court has held that once a counter claim with basis and computation is pleaded in the Reply, refusal to frame it as an issue renders the arbitral award patently illegal, violating fundamental policy of Indian law.
