SC Orders ASI to Supervise Repair of Mehrauli’s Ancient Dargahs - 20.08.2025

Supreme Court has directed the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to oversee repair and renovation of the 14th-century Ashiq Allah Dargah and Chillagah of Baba Farid in Delhi’s Mehrauli Archaeological Park, stressing preservation of heritage while ensuring no cover for unauthorised constructions.
