SC Dismisses Petition Challenging 2024 Maharashtra Assembly Elections Over Bogus Voting - 19.08.2025

Supreme Court has dismissed Chetan Ahire’s petition challenging the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly elections and further rejected allegations of 75 lakh bogus votes and discrepancies in 95 constituencies.
