SC: Parties Who Consent to Arbitration Can't Later Oppose Award on Non-Arbitrability Grounds - 18.08.2025
SC has held that once parties consent to arbitration and accept a consent decree, they’re estopped from later challenging the award as non-arbitrable as doing so violates estoppel and approbate-reprobate principles.
