Kerala HC Denies to Intervene in NGT Order on Diesel Vehicles Ban - 13.07.2016

Kerala HC has denied to intervene in vacating a stay order against operation of a National Green Tribunal (NGT) circuit bench order on imposition of ban on diesel vehicles of 2,000cc engine capacity and above, as well running 10-year-old diesel vehicles in six cities in Kerala.
