Allahabad HC Grants Bail to AMU Professor Accused of Linking Rape to Hindu Scriptures - 14.08.2025

The Allahabad High Court has granted anticipatory bail to AMU professor Dr. Jitendra Kumar booked for referring to examples from Hindu mythology during a lecture of “Rape".
