SC Appoints Justice Nageswara Rao as Ombudsman of Bihar Cricket Association - 13.08.2025

SC appointed Justice L. Nageswara Rao as Ombudsman of Bihar Cricket Association, citing “dirty politics” and misuse of public funds. The Court, while acting under Article 142 of the Constitution has set aside earlier appointments to ensure smooth functioning of the association.
