Delhi HC: Child Witnesses Can be Pliable, Easily Influenced - 13.07.2016

Delhi HC has observed that though child witnesses are "dangerous" as they could be easily influenced, there was no obstacle in accepting their evidence if courts find it truthful after careful scrutiny.
