Kerala HC Imposes Rs. 1 Lakh Cost for Filing Two Appeals Leading to Conflicting Verdicts - 11.08.2025

Kerala HC, while setting aside the acquittal of an accused, has imposed Rs. 1 lakh fine for filing two appeals in same case, one confirming conviction and other granting acquittal.
