Kerala HC: Public Paying Toll Fees Casts Responsibility on NHAI to Ensure Smooth Traffic - 08.08.2025

Kerala HC has observed that public is obliged to pay the user fees at the toll for using the highway. It casts responsibility on the NHAI to ensure smooth traffic. The moment this is breached, the right to collect toll fees from public created through statutory provisions cannot be forced on public.
