SC to Suspend Operation of Committee Under UP Shri Bankey Bihari Ji Temple Trust Ordinance, 2025 - 08.08.2025

SC has stated that it will pass an order suspending the operation of Committee under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Bankey Bihari Ji Temple Trust Ordinance, 2025 and will relegate the petitioners to High Court to challenge the constitutional validity of the Ordinance.
